2. Service Area

Chef In De Box currently delivers within Sydney, NSW only. Orders placed for delivery outside this area will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

3. Products and Ordering

We offer freshly prepared, ready-to-eat meals made weekly. Orders must be placed directly through our online store.
All meals are cooked fresh on Sunday morning and delivered that same afternoon.
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Full payment is required at checkout using the available payment methods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or delivery limitations.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made Sunday afternoons within our Sydney service area.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive your order.
We are not liable for loss or spoilage of meals left unattended after delivery.

6. Pick-Up Options

If available, pick-up details will be displayed at checkout. Please ensure orders are collected at the specified time to maintain freshness and quality.

7. Refunds and Replacements

As our meals are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order (for example, incorrect or damaged items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@chefindebox.com.au. We will review and resolve the issue where appropriate.

8. Allergies and Dietary Information

While we take care in preparing our meals, they are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. We cannot guarantee that meals are completely free from allergens such as nuts, gluten, or dairy.

9. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but errors may occasionally occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from actual meals due to seasonal variations.
